Holding Deposit
Paying a holding deposit (up to a maximum of 1 weeks rent) for the property you are applying for stops the property from being viewed by other applicants (however the property may still remain advertised as references pending). By paying the holding deposit it allows us to start your referencing and the admin to prepare the tenancy.
