Schools, shops, restaurants, bus stop and train station are all a short stroll away too.
St Ives is the nearest town, just a couple of miles drive via the A3074 St Ives Road, so it's easy to nip in for the school run, work, a lunch date or a night out. Or if you've got more time on your hands you could always take a leisurely meander along the famous South West Coastal Path. It's just 1.2 miles and is classed as an 'easy' route. For a speedier option into town, it's just 4 minutes by train, so it's hardly worth sitting down before it's time to hop off. • Continue on the A3074 (Abbey Hill), through the village of Lelant (past The Badger Inn on your right as you go round the left hand bend).
• From this point, Clover Pastures is just 1.5km further on the A3074.
• As you drive into Carbis Bay turn left onto Polmennor Drive (opposite Richmond Park Play Site on the right) and then right onto Polwithien Drive, where you'll see the Clover Pastures neighbourhood signposted.
